The WelcomINNS is located on Michael Street, about 2 blocks from the St. Laurent Shopping Centre and a 3 minute drive from the 417 or Queensway highway.

This property is 100% smoke-free and all 109 rooms include air-conditioning, blackout curtains, pillow top mattresses, desks with ergonomic chairs, hair dryers, free wireless Internet, telephones with voice mail, free local calls, 27" LCD televisions, DVD players, clock-radios, irons and ironing boards, and free newspapers. Microwaves are available on request. The hotel is pet-friendly and charges a $20 deposit and $20 per night. Free on-site parking is also available.

This hotel serves a complimentary continental breakfast, daily, from 6:00am - 10:00am.

Other on-site amenities include a fitness centre, 24-hour business centre, meeting and conference rooms, 1200 square feet of banquet and event space, complimentary wireless Internet in all public areas, and outdoor barbecue grills.

Most reviews, of those used in this analysis, seemed to describe a positive experience at this hotel.

Many guests described their rooms as clean and spacious. A few other reviewers found their rooms to be quiet and the beds and sheets to be comfortable. Several guests also indicated that the property in general was well maintained and described new carpeting, modern furniture, flat screen televisions and updated bathrooms.

The location of this hotel also received some compliments for being close to the major 417 highway and the St. Laurent Shopping Centre. A couple of guests noted the bus terminal at the shopping centre was convenient for accessing downtown.

The customer service at this hotel was praised for being friendly and efficient, with one guest saying, "the staff seem genuinely interested in making your stay pleasant".

Many guests seemed to agree that this hotel offered good value for the money they spent. The in-room blackout curtains, free parking, free wireless Internet, and in-room mini-fridges were all mentioned as value added features.

The continental breakfast was frequently described as lacking variety and quality. Several guests also mentioned that the breakfast area, which was a cordoned-off area of the lobby, was too small. One guest said the breakfast was "worth skipping", while another reviewer specifically mentioned that the coffee was weak.

A couple of reviewers were unhappy with the extra $20 charge for their pets, while a couple of other guests said that they were disturbed early in the morning by housekeeping.
