Lack of detailed cleaning and unpleasant odours were the main culprits for guests who had an unpleasant experience staying at this hotel.
There were a number of comments from guests who felt that their rooms needed to be cleaner, and mentioned dirty towels, stained linens and cigarette holes in the sheets.
A few guests complained of mouldy smells emitting from their rooms, as well as some other unpleasant odours.
