"The pool was great fun but my kids found the temperature of the water quite cold. Once in its okay. As well, we had difficulty getting any pool towels. They disappeared very quickly and took nearly two hours to be replaced. On a positive note, the size of the pool did accommodate the large March break crowd.
Beds were a tad soft, carpets in the hallways look worn and messy.
Overall, however, it was a perfect spot to stay with kids who didn't notice the beds or carpets. We reccommend it for families with kids to entertain."

"Front desk clerk was excellent. Very speedy check in and check out service.
When seated for breakfast in the restaurant, the server when asked if they had decaf coffee, said no. At the end of breakfast, when we were presented the check, he offered to "make a pot if I wanted". I declined that very late offer and felt upset that he could have presented that offer at the beginning of breakfast. This was my only complaint."
