The Good
For guests who had a positive experience at this hotel, much of what enhanced their stay could be attributed to location and to high levels of customer service.

Guests generally received good service from staff. A few guests said that staff went out of their way to answer questions and to make suggestions. Guests used words like "friendly", "accomodating" and "responsive" to describe them.

Reviewers liked the location of this hotel, saying that is was conveniently located to a number of attractions, offices and restaurants. A number of guests said that they felt that they had received good value for the price paid, given that other hotels in a similar location were more expensive.

Several guests said that the rooms were well-equipped, clean and comfortable. Guests indicated that the common areas of the hotel were clean as well, particularly the gym and pool area.

There were a few peripheral comments on comfy beds and from guests who enjoyed the pool and the waterslide.
The Bad
While many of the comments used for this analysis were positive, there were a few common threads among the complaints, including tired looking decor, and some issues surrounding parking.

Decor was ageing at this hotel, and several guests indicated that updates were in order. They referred specifically to furniture, to old TV's and to linens. One guest said the rooms were "drab".

A few guests had problems with the on site parking, saying that spaces were tight, and that the ceiling provided exceptionally low clearance. One guest could not clear the ceiling and had to use street parking, which he said was an expensive option. A few guests felt that the on-site parking fee was expensive.

There were a few additional complaints centring on things like expensive room service and lack of some items in the kitchens that would have been useful (dishtowels, dish soap).
