The Bad
Positive reviews out-numbered negative reviews for this hotel (of the reviews used for this analysis) and there were very few common concerns found.

A few guests mentioned that they were disturbed by street noise in their rooms. While a few other reviewers indicated that they thought the property appeared dated, although these guests did not provide specific aspects of the hotel that could use upgrades.

The layout and small size of the underground parking facility concerned a couple of guests who found it difficult to navigate while driving a full-sized vehicle. A couple of guests mentioned that they found the location of the hotel too far for walking to the Byward Market.

Isolated complaints included slow elevators and finding the breakfast room cramped with not enough seating.
