"Good the price and the staff is very friendly.
The decor is a bit dated, but the location makes up for it. We asked for a crib and it was brought to us within minutes."

"The full kitchen was a bonus and it was very clean. The suite was spacious and the beds were very comfortable.
the staff were all very nice and friendly.
the breaksfast was womderful - especially the waffles!"

"I will always regard my stay in Ottawa at the Residence Inn as one of my best. I was made to feel very comfortable and most of all very welcomed. If I am ever in Ottawa again, The Residence will be my first choice for hotel stay."
