"The room I had was very comfortable and modern. The shower was roomy (but no bathtub) and the bathroom brightly lit. Free wi-fi was available and is very important to me. The restaurant seemed a bit pricey, so I didn't eat there."

"Give me consistent room temp and you're a ten."
"Room temperature very hard to regulate, air inconsistent: too hot or too cold. Air comes on intermittently but does not sustain steady temperature. Duvets on the bed too heavy. Lighter blankets should be provided as an alternative. Rate should be closer to $120 plus tax, not what we paid."

"Hotel uses public parking at $15 per day. Elevator to hotel cannot be accessed from certain levels. Quite inconvenient."

"Got a great room rate through this site - much better than a previous stay booked separately; hotel in very central location - 5 mins walk to anywhere!! Got X97 service from airport to MacKenzie King and hotel was only 2 mins away. Would definitely stay here again if back in Ottawa."
