"Very satisfied"
"Service was excellent and very friendly. Valet parking a little annoying as you don't have access to your car but the porters are very good at getting anything you need from the car after it is parked. Rooms were very comfortable and kept very tidy. Received a paper every morning which was a nice touch. Location was excellent as we could walk to almost anywhere. Close to all the major sites and activities. I didn't find a list of amenities such as pool, hot tub, gym in the hotel book."

"There was garbage left on the bed - not very appealing. Other than that the services was great.
Loved the valet service and within walking distance to sparks street and the parliament buildings."

"The Valet service needs improvement. At check-out time asked for my car and was told I there records indicated I chequed out the previous day. 45 minutes later my car appeared. Other than that one incident I highly recommend this hotel."

"The first day I arrived a man attending the front reception desk was saying some harsh words about a bell man who attending to bags and cars at the hotel. I find it really poor form when an employee speaks ill about a colleague and puts them down, not to their face, but to a customer like myself. Even if the person who is being spoken harshly about is not doing their job properly, this should be dealt with in private, instead of in a passive aggresive way, which I find extremely unprofessional. The receptionist then took his bad mood out on his interation with me. Other than this one incident, my stay was excellent, thank you."
