"Hotel is ideally situated for business and pleasure needs. Short walk to Rideau Center, numerous restaurants, specialty shops as well as the canal is a real bonus.
Hotel staff were always very helpful and gave great advice for us tourists.
Free internet connection is a really good feature and is as important a selling point as the hotel location.
Hotel room - whilst presented clean and tidy was a bit 'tired' Curtains need maintenance and cable TV connnections are worn resulting in variable tv picture quality"
