"My only comment is that we had to go back to the 416 to get there from the St. Laurent Mall as there is the barrier in front of the hotel."

"I have always enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn. I look forward to staying at the Hampton because I enjoy the high quality amenities, cleanliness, service and comfort at a great price. In the winter, the underground parking is a definate plus. The only negative comment I have is that the eggs included in the morning buffet were not up to their usual standard. (Flat round scrambled egg "pancakes" were not appetizing: please make them the way you used to!) I never stay anywhere else when I am in Ottawa. L from Kingston"

"I enjoyed it very much. There is one thing I have a hard time with. We are five (3 children and 2 adults) so we need a cot. I understand the initial cost for the cot, but to charge $15 a night for the same cot when we are already paying for the room is a bit much. That is definitely something I would consider next time we choose a hotel. We have stayed at other hotels where they charge for the first night only."

"We have stayed at this Hotel before and anytime we go to Ottawa we always book the Hampton Inn. The rooms are very big and confortable.
We also enjoy the Breakfast. Unfortantly we have not had the time to use the pool. We have recommended this Hotel to others."
