Many guests enjoyed their rooms and described them as "spacious," "spotless," and "comfortable." A number of guests mentioned that this was a well-run and well-maintained hotel. Several guests were pleased with the complimentary hot breakfast and said there were fresh and varied breakfast items on offer.
A number of guests felt the free underground parking was an added bonus and said there was always plenty of parking available. Most guests found the location convenient as the hotel was within driving distance to many local attractions, shops, and restaurants.
Many guests praised the hotel staff and said they were always friendly and accommodating as well as attentive to guest's needs. Overall most guests recommended this hotel and mentioned they would stay there again.
The Bad
There were a few negative comments for this hotel and these typically centred on the lack of an on-site restaurant, the limited bar menu, the crowded breakfast area, and the room interiors.
Some guests mentioned that the lack of an on-site restaurant was inconvenient for those that did not have a car as there were no restaurants within walking distance to the hotel. Other guests felt that the on-site bar menu was too limited and did not provide an adequate meal for dinner.
