"Great value"
"The lobby was satisfactory. The elevators were slowwww. The rooms were amazing. If you're like me, the room is obviously everything. It was a little drafty at times, but the value was outstanding. Lots of room to move around, a kitchenette area, decent sized bathroom. Next time I'm back in Ottawa, I'm staying here again."

"Found the heat took a long time to come on. Front desk said it takes about 15-20 minutes to kick in. This is a very long time when the fan is blowing cold air on you and you are already chilly or you wouldn't have turned the heat on. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. The staff was amazingly friendly and I loved the fact that there were two double beds in the room (I was with my daughter) and there was a stove, fridge and microwave. We didn't need them as it was only overnight, but if I go down to visit her again, I will certainly stay there and use the amenities.."

"When staying overnight with small children, we always try to stay where there is a pool. I felt their website was misleading.
My 2 small children were not impressed with the whirl "pool"."
