Recent guests really enjoyed their stay and gave good scores to the hotel.
They liked having a small apartment for the price of a budget hotel room. The hotel has recently updated its units and guests found them to be clean, with well-equipped kitchens and comfortable beds.
Guests found the location excellent, close to public transit and in walking distance of many downtown attractions including restaurants and pubs on Elgin Street, Parliament Hill and the Rideau Centre. A few guests were also pleased with its proximity to the airport.
The staff were described as welcoming, friendly and courteous. One recent guest was impressed to get a welcoming email prior to the stay, and an email after the stay to inquire how the stay was.
Some guests mentioned enjoying the fitness room and the free breakfast offered and many appreciated having parking on site. One guest reported, "Good parking right behind hotel (if you find a space early enough) and in basement garage."
