One guest reviewer stated that the hotel was situated on a "bad side of the city," whereas another guest felt uncomfortable at night. Some guests complained because there is homeless shelter located next to the hotel.
Guests across multiple sources agree that the hotel is dated and there were complaints of broken ice machines, no hot water, worn out furniture and tired decor. Some guests felt that the walls were thin because they could hear talking from the surrounding guest rooms.
