"It's really a motel not a hotel"
"It's really a motel. Very old fashioned. Beds were comfortable, but the chairs need replacing as they are wobbly when you sit on them. Over priced for what you get. The breakfast is decent which is the best part."

"I asked for a non smoking room and was given a smoking room. I could not stay there so they did find me a non smoking room but I had to insist on this before they accommodated me."

"Well, if you don't mind walking (like me), then this hotel is alright for what you're paying for. It's closed enough to downtown (like 20 min. walk) and clean. So if you are in a budget, this is a good place to stay but if you can afford paying a bit more then go for it."

"Abysmal Hotel in downtown Ottawa"
"When we first arrived the hotel room smelled like feet. They moved us and the next room had no internet. There had to be something in the room, both of us got a rash. The staff seemed totally unwilling to co-operate with us at every turn. Don't go to this hotel."

"We didn't really hang out at the hotel but slep there for two nights. It's pretty close to the winter lude attractions driving distance. There's small stores within walking distance and the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Not fancy but good for the price."
