The GoodPositive guest reviews for this hotel typically mentioned the clean and spacious suites, the comfortable beds, the buffet breakfast, and the pleasant hotel staff.
The majority of guests said their suites were spacious and very clean, several guests also mentioned that their beds were exceptionally comfortable and provided them with a good night's rest.
The complimentary buffet breakfast pleased most guests and some said that there was a good selection of hot and cold breakfast items to choose from. A few guests felt that the free breakfast was a bonus and added value to their stays.
Most guests said they received excellent customer service at this hotel and found the hotel staff to be pleasant and professional as well as attentive to guests' needs.
The Bad
Guest complaints for this hotel were few, however those that did have negative comments typically focused on the swimming pool and noise issues.
A number of guests were disappointed to find that the hotel's swimming pool was closed for renovations when they arrived and some of these guests felt that they should have been notified of this at the time of booking. Several guests who were able to use the swimming pool said that it was very small and found the online pictures of it misleading.
Some guests who stayed on the first floor of the hotel stated that it was very noisy in the hallways. Other guests were often blamed for the noise as they exited and entered the parking area or went to and from the breakfast buffet. A few guests also mentioned that the heating units in their rooms were noisy.
