"I was hard-pressed to find anything good. My room was right next to the stairwell, which of course in retrospect, I should have refused and requested different location. The noise factor that ensued was insufferable. I called the front desk and was told, 'It will only last a little longer'. Yelling and screaming in the hallways, people running up and down. I asked for them to SPEAK to these clients however no action was taken. The PPV service on the TV was not working. I had asked specifically if the hotel offered this and was assured they did. When I spoke to the front desk about it, I was informed that she couldn't do anything about that, it's a contract to another company, she can 'put in a call and if anyone calls back, maybe they will fix it.' The towels bore an uncanny resemblance to cheese graters, they were actually painful to dry yourself with."

"Room was beside the stairwell. Had to listen to the stairwell door open and slam shut all late into the night and early the following morning. If you are given a room by a stairwell, don't expect a good nights sleep."

"When we arrived there was an issue with the room selected, as not being large enough to accommodate our family of 6. The concierge came to our resuce and put us into a 1 room suite which was above and beyond what we expected. We want to thank them for that. That extra little assistance made our stay extremely comfortable and relaxing."

"the breakfast area was nice but the breakfast lacked 1 thing. One young lad drank tea for breakfast because there was no hot chocolate mixes or cartons of milk. His complaint was that this was supposed to be a family hotel but forgot the kids. I brought this to the attention of the desk clerk and I hope that something was done about this."
