"stayed at a Comfort Inn in Ottawa my first day of vacation, I like it so much I booked another night online for later that week. I ended up booking with the wrong Comfort Inn (Which I didn't know until after I had paid for this one) The worker said they didn't get my reservation request online and she was very quick to find me a room. I will think twice before booking online again, it is such a hassle to get your money back when there is a probably with the hotel.
I hope they will give me my money back, Sinse I did stay at a Comfort Inn."

"I travel from Winnipeg to Nova Scotia each summer and stay at Comfort Inns along the way..for the past 8 years, the Ottawa Comfort Inn has been the worst;;it's tacky; the carpets are stained, the clerks never seem to know what to do and lack warmth. The service always appears to be begrudging. The air conditioners make a racket all night and the rooms are grungy. And, even though I had a non smoking room, all the corridors stank of smoke. The place is dirty.
I have finally decided not to stay there again.
However, the other Comfort Inns are fine..I would like to make note of an employee named "Margaret" who was on duty on the evening of June 25th at the Comfort Inn in Thunder Bay. She went very far out of her way to assure that I was comfortable, to provide assistance and to be very gracious. She really deserves credit.
However, I would strongly advise anyone to avoid the Comfort Inn on Michael Street in Ottawa."
