"I stay in a hotel dozens of nights a year. The staff was nice at this hotel, the rooms were clean but smelled and the outside grounds were so dirty . Worst hotel I ever stayed at."

"I suggest for breakfast meal, please add at least fried or scrambled egg.
Caffeteria tables need table cloth to look good and make the eating more satisfying to the guests.
Overall assessment, good and ok!!"

"This is an older hotel. Our room was clean and the hotel was close to the church where we were attending a wedding. We didn't get a visit from housekeeping, so had to go in search of clean towels which housekeeping supplied very quickly once the front desk called them. Housekeeping did clean and tidy our room when we left to attend the wedding. Our room was sheltered by a covered veranda so we had protection from the rain when opening our door. We didn't avail ourselves of the continental breakfast so I have no comment on that service. Check-in and check-out was very fast and the front desk staff were efficient."

"Yes, for a hotel as such, having some high chairs available in the breakfast room for infants would seem obvious, yet there were none. Also, having access to a public restroom, with a baby changing table in the main lobby should be considered as walking to many of the rooms requires going out into the elements (our example was under the rain). In this same vein, covered walkways out to all the rooms would be extremely beneficial as well.
Regarding the appliances in the breakfast room. The toaster and microwave didn't work. By taking the payment from just one guest, for one night, the hotel could buy decent working appliances for the guests to use.
Finally, while the hotel in general needs some work, the rooms were very dirty. Simple vacumming would make things better, especially for those guest with crawling babies."
