The Bad
Some guests were quite vocal about their dissatisfaction in the reviews consulted for this report.

Occasionally there was a clash between guests and the front desk agents. This usually had to do with booking errors, and extra charges levied for a variety of things. Guests sometimes felt that they were being overcharged for services, including extra person fees, bottled water, room service charges, parking and on-demand movies. A few guests claimed that original room rates or room types were not always honoured by the front desk.

Some guests felt the location was too remote, with no restaurants in walking distance and a little far to travel to downtown. Some murmured that it was an industrial neighbourhood.
