"Must say this was one of our better stays in a hotel. Customer service was excellent....was very clean...the room could not have been better equipped...lots of towels...extra pillows. Beds were excellent,very comfy.The continental breakfast was exccelent and well staffed and looked after all your needs along with VERY clean. Will definitely recommend to others."

"We certainly enjoyed the continental breakfast and the daily papers. We missed having a restaurant in the hotel. Presuming they had one I had made plans to have a group of friends dine with me there. That was disappointing. Otherwise, all was well."

"They serve a great breakfast (no waffles like La Quinta though)! The parking is an extra $10. which we thought was steep. On Saturday nights you can find parking on the nearby streets which is safe and free. Ask for a room facing away from O'Connor or Gladstone. These are very quiet at night."

"One of those cosmetic mirrors with the extendable arm would be a great addition to the bathroom and there is room to put it in. Most women would appreciate this so that leaning over the toilet to get close to the mirror isn't necessary. It seems a very common addition to hotel rooms in Europe and I really loved it."

"Hotel was under renovation during our stay which caused some minor inconvenience and affected my rating on cleanliness. When renovations are complete I expect that the hotel will be well looked after. Although not located right in the business district or central to most atrtactions downtown, it is located close enough to walk to restaurants, shopping, attractions and just off the Queensway for east access by car to any location in the Ottawa area."
