The Bad
Most of the reviews used for this analysis were less than favourable and guests complained commonly about noise and the appearance of the rooms.
The rooms were not overly clean, according to guests. Housekeeping frequently did not appear until late in the day. Guests commented on disrepair in the rooms, including broken blinds and furniture.
A number of guests complained about noise disturbance, particularly from noisy guests in the hallways and in adjacent rooms.
Guests described the rooms as sparse and said that linens were low-quality. Mattresses were thin. They suggested bringing things like towels and pillows from home to increase the level of comfort.
A few guests found the lack of some in-room amenities (i.e. toiletries, Wi-Fi) to be an inconvenience.
The parking lot was a distance from the hotel, which some guests found a challenge when carrying luggage.
