"1.) Insufficient room for patrons to sit for your continental breakfast.
2.) Breakfast was at best, tolerable.
3.) It appeared to have insufficient parking. I don't believe all the rooms were full, but we found it difficult to find parking near our room."

"Customer services at this hotel was services without a personality. The two ladies at the desk when we arrived and departed were very unfriendly, and lacked in their customer service skills(Is it that hard to smile?). Out of all of the hotels and even motels that I have stayed at throughout the years, this is by far the worst. I do not appreciate rudeness and dirty hotels. In the evening I called for extra towels and ammenities, the gentleman was very clear that he would not deliver these things to our room which is three floors above him. I've been to hotels were they have cheaper rates and they still offer room service of all kinds, including food.
Also, in the morning to our surprise we found a hair of some sort that was not from a humans head!?! I'm sure that you can figure it out. When I brought it to the attention of the 'lady' at the front desk when we were checking out she simply said that they have other cups, and that I should have came down to the lobby to get another plastic cup!?!?! Does that make sense to you? I thought not!
I would never go back to this hotel, I'd rather go to a motel for cheaper prizes and better service."

"The mattresses need to be replaced. Ours sgged to the middle and the pillows were nothing more than pieces of foam in a bag. (very lumpy) Also there was a large group comprised mostly of young girls who spent more time playing (and yelling) in the hallway than they did in their room or the pool area. The hotel is not very sound proof. I realize this is not a common occurance, we were just unfortunate enough to be there at the same time."
