Downtown Oshawa, which features several arts and cultural attractions like the Ontario Philharmonic (symphony orchestra), the Oshawa Little Theatre (amateur theatrical company) and Oshawa Community Museum, is a 12-minute drive away. The Oshawa GO Station is 6-minutes away by car and the Oshawa VIA Rail Station is a 12-minute drive away.
