"Pleasant 2-night stay ... no problems."
"No real concerns. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Loved the limousine service to and from the casino. Last limo ride was 2 am. Stayed at another hotel the year before and limo service ended at 10:00pm. The show we went to see wasn't even over yet. My minor suggestion would be to stock the rooms with larger plastic cups. The very small paper cups were sort of useless."

"This hotel is very conveniently located across the road from the casino. The limo service made it a breeze to go back and forth from hotel to casino. Staff extremely polite, friendly and efficient. Limo driver too. Would definitely return to this hotel."

"Just around the corner from the casino. The room and the bed were comfortable. The breakfast had a variety of selections, although the fried? or poached? egg substitute? was like rubber. They did however have real boiled eggs. Price was 25% less than the casino. Recommended"

"Great hotel, friendly staff. Not new but very clean and close to Casino. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. Couldn't sleep because of the noise on the 3rd floor. We had a room on the 2nd floor. Paper thin walls."

"I booked a nonsmoking suite and was put in a smoking suite. I am major allergic to smoke so it was not pleasant. THey would not move me as the hotel was sold out but they kept saying I booked smoking and I did not??? Would not stay there again as the customer service was very poor concerning the smoking???"

"When I booked my room, I was under the impression it has 2 rooms with a King bed and a Queen Bed, that is what it said. When I arrived, it was a King bed in one room and a pull out sofa bed (not a queen bed) in the lounge area, however staff tried to make us comfortable, they were very kind."

"We enjoyed our stay, if it was only for one night. The room we had had two queen beds, a microwave and a bar fridge. (Apparently all rooms come with fridge and microwave, also ironing board, iron and hair dryer). The room was large and we had no complaints about that. The only thing the Hotel lacks is a restaurant. I found the bed a bit on the firm side but my husband thought it was OK. I cannot comment enough about how clean the hotel was, the halls, the room, the lobby. Would we stay there again, most definitely. It is quite convenient being across the road from Casino Rama. The fireplace in the lobby is a very nice touch. We did not try the continental breakfast offered in the lobby in the morning but we heard from other customers it was quite good!"

"The hotel was near the Casino, and it's restaurants,on the outskirts of Orilla. I stayed there becasue they have a pool. the rooms are very clean, but most of all, because the staff do whatever they can to help you with whatever you are looking for. The free conteniental breakfast is good too."

"The only two things of note is to leave more than 1 package of coffee in the room. Also, the smoking rooms would benefit from a plug-in type air freshener because the windows don't open. thanks. We'll be back!"

"I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THE POOL NOT BEING OPEN. WHEN WE ARRIVED AT NOON IT WAS CLOSED BECAUSE OF CHEMICALS IN THE POOL. I UNDERSTOOD AND ASKED WHEN IT WILL BE OPEN. THE RECEPTIONIST SAID IT WOULD BE OPEN IN A FEW HOURS. WE WAITED TILL 8 O CLOCK THAT EVENING AND IT STILL WAS NOT OPEN. THEY SAID NOT TILL THE NEXT MORNING WHICH WAS TO OPEN AT 8 AM. IT WAS 830 AND STILL NOT OPENED, WE WERE VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS."

"We weren't in our room more than 1/2 an hour when front desk called to see if we had settled in okay and if there was anything that we were disappointed in our needed anything. The complimentary breakfast was the best one we've ever had at any hotels we have stayed at. Very clean and very quiet hotel. Would not hesitate staying at this hotel again."

"I think an effort should be made to make the rooms more conducive for sleeping.There was way too much light seeping in fcrom the hallway outside my room and also from the lights outside the building shining into my room. Needless, to say my room wasn't dark enough to make my sleep habits better."

"My only complaint was that the pillows were hard and uncomfortable for my liking. Pack your own pillow if you can. The rooms were clean and quiet. For a small hotel, the fitness center is well-equipped with an excellent treadmill, bike, stepper and universal. The pool and hottub looked nice. The continental breakfast of cereals, breads, fruit/juices, coffee closes at 10:00 a.m. sharp. This hotel is literally right across the road from Casino Rama."
