"I stayed for 2 nights and the maid turned off my radio clock alarm when they cleaned the room after my first night of stay. I got up late on my second morning without the alarm to wake me up for business meeting."

"The room had a heavy smell of cigarette smoke (we are not smokers) but we had chosen a smoking room, thinking that no one can smoke is hotel rooms anymore.
Otherwise it was a great place."

"The bathroom fan seemed inoperative or not up to par. Did not seem to be moving much air. Also, I used the fitness room and an oscillating fan would be usefull.
Comment to use.
" This is a well managed facility, with friendly and courteous staff. The manager has instilled customer service in his staff and should be proud of them. The hotels is in a prime location to take advantage of all the ammenities of Orillia and the surrounding area. We will stay again at this fine establishment."

"I have no complaints. I'm satisfied that you provided good value for money and that the room was clean and comfortable.
I do, however, have one suggestion about your breakfast service. It's very convenient to have breakfast in the hotel. The food was good as far as it went, but I like a little more protein in my breakfast. I'd be prepared to pay a little more for my room to have eggs, meat or cheese with my breakfast. Alternatively, I'd have like the option to order a breakfast with those items a la carte.

"Given that I booked the hotel room for business purposes, I was disappointed in the furniture in the room. Instead of a large table or desk, there was a small table in the corner that also served as the telephone stand and coffee table. I found it too small to comfortably work on during my stay."
