The Good
The majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's restaurants, staff and rooms.

The hotel's restaurants were the source of many compliments by reviewers, who described them as outstanding, excellent and fresh, with impeccable service. One patron remarked, "Absolutely the best tasting food, authentic, melt in your mouth, organic and all natural ingredients. From breakfast until dinner". However, there were some complaints about the restaurant prices (see below for more details).

Numerous guests were pleased with the hotel's staff, characterizing them as helpful, accommodating, attentive and professional. One guest noted, "Service: Probably the highlight of the trip, they treated us very nicely from the first interaction of walking into the door, till the last moment we left. They asked us repeatedly about our stay and genuinely remembered us and previous discussions we had. I think this is one of the best things a place can offer you. Is that personalized service and attention to make you feel like they care about you".

The hotel's accommodations were enjoyed by several lodgers. They described their rooms as clean, spacious, updated and quiet, with very comfortable beds. A few travellers were disappointed with their lodgings, however (see below).

The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few complaints about the value and rooms.

A few guests complained about the hotel's value and found the food prices and room rates to be expensive and overpriced. One patron noted, "Cost prohibits a long stay. I booked 5 rooms for a wedding in October and paid the same price as anyone would booking 1 room on line for the same night......would have been nice to get a bit of a break", while another suggested, "Offer more less expensive choices on restaurant menus for those who do not want to spend $30 for breakfast, or pay $12 for a 5 oz glass of wine. We will eat outside of the hotel next visit".

Although the majority of lodgers were pleased with their clean and updated rooms, a few guests had complaints about their accommodations. They reported worn decor and fixtures, a few cleaning issues, noise transfer from guests in adjacent rooms and no fridges or microwaves in some rooms.
