Guests said that rooms were clean, bright and comfortable. Several guests commented favourably on the modern decor. They said that rooms were spacious, well-configured, and more than able to accommodate their needs.
Guests received good customer service from staff, who were described as warm and friendly. Front desk staff were mentioned, with a few staff members named specifically. Guests said that the check-in/check-out process was smooth.

The Bad
The overwhelming majority of comments used for this analysis were positive, and guest criticisms were far and few between. There were a few isolated complaints that did not seem to be reflective of overall guest experience.
A few guests were disappointed by the frequency of the housekeeping. Housekeeping was not done daily (only Tuesday-Friday), unless by request. Some guests were unaware of this and were unpleasantly surprised when their rooms were not made up.
Some guests were bothered by noise from guests in other rooms, and from private events going on at the hotel.
A couple of guests complained about uncomfortable beds.
