"The hotel is not quite as bad as my responses indicate. The outdoor pool was nice in a pleasant setting with gas grills. I may stay there again as both the lounge and restaurant are also quite nice.
The room was the real problem: it was missing the microwave, refrigerator, alarm clock and balcony furniture. These had been there on a prior visit in the same room. The desk person was pleasant and helpful but maintenance never responded to her request for furniture."

"We were short one bath towel. Tried to phone housekeeping in the morning. No answer. Phoned the front desk. No answer. Phoned room service and James who was busy in the dining room serving breakfast customers, took the time to personnaly bring the bath towel to our room."

"We were assigned a room at arrival, but when we walked into the room, it was not ready. The front desk employee was very appologetic, giving us complementary breakfast coupons, which was very nice, but rather silly to have breakfast free, yet have to pay for the coffee."
