"We really enjoyed the breakfast provided at the hotel - fresh coffee, choice of toasted bagels, white or brown toast, english muffins, with jams and honey, a nice fruit platter, a choice of cold cereals. The other guests were also friendly.
The hot tub was being serviced during our stay, but otherwise we thought it was a super place to stay and very convenient to Toronto."

"There was a smell of cigarette smoke in our room and the hallway, all the time. We went to the bar for a drink, and they didnt have a mixer, tonic water! for a gin and tonic."

"I lost my set of keys at the hotel during my stay, and when I called to ask if they were found the person on the phone was NOT helpful at all and was VERY rude. He said he would call back and never did. I called the next day to ask and tell them where I had left them and he YELLED and said they were not found. Something needs to be done about this."

"The girls serving the Continental Breakfast were super friendly and very knowledgable about questions asked. We found the same with the people that were at the desk.
One thing, though, that I particularly look for when travelling is a swimming pool, either indoor, outdoor or both. This would be a very valuable amenity when attracting visitors who want to be near enough the Toronto and Niagara Falls, especially when there with children."
