"Spacious room, clean, overlooked parking lot"
"Very good location, close to GO station & to our contacts. Check in/out service was efficient, but not overly friendly. The restaurant had a good selection for their buffet breakfast & we had an excellent attendant for two days in our 3 day stay, the same lady. The A/C in room #415 was annoyingly noisy & the pillows on the bed were either too high or too low, even if I used a combination of firm & soft pillows, but they were comfortabe & clean."

"Manager was rude. Didn't reassure us that we wouldn't be charged twice for our accommodations that were booked through your service. Restaurant inefficient. Waited an hour-and-a-half for our meal on Sunday evening. Manager unable to connect friend to our voicemail without our friend having to call twice."

"I was not told that breakfast was inculded in the price on the 6th floor. I found out from a visitor when I was leaving! My room was very warm, couldn't get the A/C to work properly. This is the closest hotel to where I need to be while in Oakville. I will come back as it wasn't a horrible experience. I can only hope that my communicating with you helps resolve these issues. Thank you"

"There was only one problem. The smell of the pool went through the entire hotel. I woke up and my breath tasted like it. This should be fixed ASAP! Thanks"

"This has to be the nicest hotel i stayed in on my recent trip to Canada. I recommend this to everybody. If the Holiday chain of hotels are all as good as this i will be staying with them on my next holidays. Opening my window in a morning to see a beautiful courtyard area in the centre of the complex was nice but to see a peacock walking around was even better. Fantastic hotel. 11 out of 10"
