"Keep it really clean and sanitize"

"We got really sick and caught flu from the cleaning staff. If the cleaning staff is sick then ask them to stay home instead of cleaning every room and spreading the flu. I have seen your staff coughing and being really sick walking around making beds. Why did your management allow this? Hotel room and bathroom were not really clean. They just looked clean."

"Was only in one night this time, but enjoyed my stay. I came back as I stayed there when it first opened and loved it. Location was perfect for me. Was a bit disappointed that morning continental breakfast wasn't as good as before. I enjoyed the eggs & sausage. I live in Arizona, but would stay there again next time I visit friends in that part of Ontario. Haven't stayed at a Country Inn & Suites yet in the U.S. as they never seem to be located where I am at."
