"Unsatisfied customer"
"The room was filthy. It smelled dirty, the carpets were stained, not small spots, big spots. The microwave was dusty. the door of the microwave was filthy. The price of the room should have been discounted. I talked to the manager and his reply was the carpets are washed once a month and the smell is from the hockey teams. Well, that is not good enough. I will never stay there again and will not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Better to close while underoing serious rennovation"
"The hotel is a bit run down at the edges. It is also undergoing renovations while still accepting customers. While the room was clean, the windows were covered with plastic (on the outside) and there was dust in the lobby, elevator, etc."
