Guests received good service from staff here. There was a sense that staff were eager to please and had guest satisfaction as their guiding priority. Front desk staff were mentioned specifically, and guests felt that the check-in and check-out processes were speedy and efficient. Staff were also very flexible in accommodating requests for early and late check-ins.
Rooms were large and well laid out, according to guests. Guests felt that the rooms were well-equipped with all the amenities they needed to make their stay comfortable.

The Bad
While the bulk of the reviews used for this analysis were positive, there were some common complaints from guests about aging decor and a lack of thorough cleaning,
Guests felt that this hotel was a bit run down, and needed some attention. Specifically, there were a number of comments about stained, worn carpets, both in the rooms, lobby and hallways.
Some guests complained that there was a lack of detailed cleaning in their rooms. Guests commonly complained about things being left behind in their rooms from previous guests and about a lack of vacuuming, in particular.
A few guests complained of stale odours in the rooms, although they did not attribute the smell to anything in particular.
There were a number of guests who complained about being disturbed by noisy guests in the hallways. Many suggested that more needed to be done to soundproof the walls.
