"Our room was very small and dark with a view of the parking lot giving us the impression we were staying in the servant's quarters. For the same price, we have stayed in a waterview suite at the Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria, BC. While the food in the restaurant was excellent for dinner (albeit a bit pricey), breakfast was overpriced and average. Service was variable. Altogether, quite disappointing. The hotel itself is quite lovely, though, and located in a quaint setting."
