"The Perfect Weekend"
"Service and the hotel were excellent. I travel a lot and the Prince of Wales was as close to a perfect experience as I have seen. The bottle of wine and chocolate covered strawberries in our room made the start of our stay memorable. The bed was so comfortable that you almost did not want to get out of bed. The perfect hotel to see Niagara-on-the-Lake and visit Ontario Wine Country."

"Our room was very small and dark with a view of the parking lot giving us the impression we were staying in the servant's quarters. For the same price, we have stayed in a waterview suite at the Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria, BC. While the food in the restaurant was excellent for dinner (albeit a bit pricey), breakfast was overpriced and average. Service was variable. Altogether, quite disappointing. The hotel itself is quite lovely, though, and located in a quaint setting."
