"Service was excellent and room provided was clean with fridge, microwave, and other standard features. As a runner, I enjoyed the nearby Welland Canal paved trail. Hotel is located off Glendale Road (89) south (to Niagara-on-the-Lake) exit just south of bridge. Across from hotel entrance and under one roof, a variety of fast food chains including Tim's with gas pumps neighbouring are available. The Inn's all you can eat breakfast satisfied everyone who partaked including myself, who prefers only healthy varieties. The eating area was on the small side and crowded, but things moved along efficiently thanks to the staff. On our next visit to the area, we plan to stay at this Inn and bring the swim gear for the indoor pool."

"A Pleasant Stay"
"This hotel provided a very clean, comfortable stay. It is very close to the QEW and provides a relatively short drive to Niagara-on-the-Lake, the Falls and the U.S. border. The only downside was the noise of water being run in adjacent rooms, presumably when a shower was in use. If I were to stay in this area again, I would definitely consider this facility."

"A touch of class in a convenient location."
"Friendly staff, comfortable, inviting lobby. Rooms well furnished. Quiet. Forest of trees in the back which our room looked onto. Beautiful landscaping at the entrance to parking lot. Well kept all round. Only criticism is the dust on room divider shelf beside tables in dining area and it was probably because it was near the door which opened and shut often. Most people wouldn't even notice.
The buffet breakfast was very good and servers were very attentive. Lots of outdoor tables in various positions to catch the sun.
Excellent value."

"Staff at reception were excellent - friendly,courteous and willing to help.
Rooms were very comfortable and kept spotlessly clean.
Breakfasts to die for. The Egg Chef was a master of omelettes.
Easy acess to QEW made it a great base from which to explore the region"

"A very good experience. The hotel is located about equi-distant from Niagara-on-the-Lake and Niagara Falls, and so is "very" convenient to neither, but an easy drive to either (and to St. Catharines, Welland and Vineland)"

"Anyone wishing to stay at the Hilton Garden, it is very close to Niagara College, Niagara on the Lake and the Pen Centre shopping mall. Good location yet not hectic to get to."
