"I deeply appreciated the full-sized refridgerator in my room. Overall, a comfortable experience. However, there were several negatives regarding my stay.
1) flat sheet, not fitted bottom sheet, on beds
2) no telephone (due to broken wall box) until I insisted
3) dead bolt not working, even after complaining, for total of 4-day stay
4)office staff inaccessible during some daylight hours
5)promoted as "extended stay" but no laundry facilities or clear directions to locate such facilities in area"

"The Villager Lodge is well-cared for and it was obvious the management was trying hard to make it a nice place to stay. The only problem is the distance to the falls and other tourist attractions."
