The Villager Lodge offers free parking as well as the following amenities for all rooms: free wireless internet, satellite T.V. with HBO, alarm clock radios, direct dial phones, free local calls, free morning coffee and 24-hour free movies. Standard singles consist of either a queen or a king bed and also feature a microwave and a refrigerator. Standard twin doubles consist of either two double or queen size beds, and feature a microwave. Efficiency units consist of two queen size beds, a sofa bed and a full kitchen facility.
General hotel amenities include an outdoor heated pool, a children's playground with rides, and a picnic and barbecue area. Accessible and non-smoking rooms are available upon request. Pets are not allowed at this hotel.
"The Falls Shuttle", which travels to the falls, casino, and all other major attractions stops at the Villager Lodge Niagara every 30 minutes and costs $10 for one adult + 2 children for 24 hours.

Some lodgers commented on the rundown amenities, such as, "toilet leaked", "TV didn't work", "couldn't get onto internet". However, most issues were fixed once addressed with hotel staff.
A few guests were disappointed that there wasn't climate control in their rooms; they mentioned they "couldn't control the heat" and that the room was overheated.
