Some guests were disappointed with the lack of amenities and quality of their rooms, most notably there were no phones, no coffeemakers and no refrigerators included. Other complaints by some included the lights not working, TVs not working, and odour in the room. However, contrary to these complaints, a few other reviewers commented their rooms were clean, spacious, and seemed to be recently renovated.

Some reviewers had complaints that there was no elevator in this hotel, and that they had to climb staircases because their rooms were not located on the first floor.
