"Low cost, convenient, quiet, but have breakfast elsewhere!"
"This hotel is in a good location. It is quiet, but only ten minutes walk to the main area with all the attractions and bars. Also, it takes only fifteen minutes or so to walk to the falls.
The only bad thing - the breakfast! It wasn't free, and I should have taken the family elsewhere, as the food was pretty bad.
All in all I would definitely go there again as it was a really good price, just eat somewhere else!"

"mediocre hotel"
"hotel is small had to pay for parking which i was never told when i booked the room. When i got there i was told about the parking was $9. when checking suddenly the parking is 9 + tax. Room smelt like smoke even though it was "supposed" to be a non smoking room. The bathroom was very tiny. The beds were so uncomfortable we couldn't sleep the entire night."

"Worst hotel stay ever...better we had just stayed home!"
"There was nothing good about the hotel. We had contacted the hotel and requested a room facing the Falls, they had said it would not be a problem, but when we got there we were told that it's against policy for them to do that and there were no room any available that faced the Falls. The person at the front desk, Nick, was very rude. When we arrived the floors were not properly cleaned, there were beer bottles under the bed, there were clothes on the floor from the previous guest,and the bathroom was not cleaned. We called Nick and he sent someone up to look at it. The lady he sent looked at the room and told us there was nothing wrong with it, and even had the audacity to say that if we had a problem with how the room was we could leave and go to another hotel. We were not offered a refund, nor were we offered another room. Instead we were told that if we wanted a different room we would have to pay the difference! Worst hotel stay ever!"

"An enjoyable stay with a geographically perfect location."
"It was a wonderful family vacation and first stay in a hotel for our two year old.
The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful adn happy to welcome us.
The rooms were clean and the wading pool was a wonderful surprise for our son.
The indoor pool was a little too warm for summer time but was the right size and it was clean around the pool."

"Great hotel for a great price!"
"The hotel was very clean and everything was in order when we arrived. The pool and hot tub were great to have to relax in and the kids enjoyed them as well. The staff was very pleasant and approachable. Our room was situation nicely so we could see the fireworks at night. The kids loved it! It's nice to be at the top of the hill and away from the hustle and bustle of the nightlife. It was also close to where we wanted to go - the Ripley museums. The walk to the Falls wasn't too bad either. Great hotel for a great price!"

"Hotel is clean and in a good location"
"The hotel was clean and in a good location. It was easy to walk to all of the attractions from there. There really is nothing extraordinary about the hotel, but for the price I wasn't expecting anything special. It was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, and handy to the attractions without having to spend a ton of $$$."

"Very close to Clifton Hill Attractions and restaurants. There was 1 incident with clenliness that was fixed right away and for the inconvenience we recieved a complimentary breakfast for 4 to thier restaurant. The customer service was fantastic! If we needed anything we called to the front desk and it was braught to us immediately. We have stayed at this location before and will definitely be back again."

"Excellence appreciated."
"I loved the quietness of the room, including the air conditioner. There was no noise from the other rooms either (and yes, they were occupied). All the electrical items worked properly (ie hair dryer, etc). The check-in and check-out process was fast and simple. The staff are great!
Strange bath tub though."

"This hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to every major attraction in Niagara... and a two minute walk to the strip. Indoor pool which is great for the rainy days. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that the windows couldn't open. I like fresh air."

"We were woken up at 4 in the morning by someone having a shower or using their tub. The walls are so thin it sounded like they were in the same room as us. Will not use this hotel again because of this. Everything else was very nice, but getting woken up in the middle of the night cancels everything else out."
