The majority of guests found the location of this hotel ideal as the Falls were within walking distance for many patrons. Also many guests found a number of tourist activities near the hotel that could be easily accessed by foot or by car. Several guests that were traveling with children particularly enjoyed the on-site attractions this hotel had to offer such as the Fun House and Mystery Maze.
Many guests mentioned that this hotel was a good value for the money spent and some said that the free parking also added to the affordability of their room rates.
Several guests were pleased with their accommodations and described them as "clean" and "spacious." A few guests also mentioned that their beds were very comfortable and provided a good night's rest.
The Bad
Negative guest reviews for this hotel generally spoke of high noise levels, the unsatisfactory continental breakfast, and the room interiors.
Several guests found this hotel too noisy and some guests claimed that the source of the noise was from the streets. Other guests claimed that they were disturbed by other guests who ran in the hallways and partied past a reasonable hour.
A number of guests were disappointed with their free continental breakfast and mentioned that the selection was very poor and inadequate. Also, some guests criticized the staff at the self-service breakfast bar for their poor service skills.
