Located about a 7-minute walk from Rainbow Bridge and a 10-minute walk from the Canadian Horseshoe Falls, Susan's Villa is suitable for travellers who prefer the personalized service of a Bed and Breakfast, which is also an easy walk to many attractions.

Each of the B&B's air-conditioned suites offer a separate bedroom, sitting room and private bathroom with tub and shower. Guest room amenities include free Wi-Fi, free bottled water, a telephone with free local calls, a clock-radio, cable TV, a mini-fridge and a hair dryer. The B&B also offers a sun terrace, free bicycle rental, two sitting rooms, free parking and a free breakfast. Pets are not permitted.

The Good
The majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's location, breakfast, staff and rooms.

Numerous guests were very pleased with the hotel's location. They described it as a clean and peaceful neighbourhood, close to the Rainbow Bridge, the Falls, Clifton Hill, fireworks, downtown and local attractions.

The hotel's breakfast received raving reviews by numerous guests, who found it to be delicious, excellent, varied and plentiful. One guest seemed to sum it up by saying, "Susan makes wonderful breakfast every morning. That's the best breakfast we had in our 1-month trip in Canada".

Many patrons complimented the hotel's staff, characterizing them as welcoming, informative, friendly and accommodating. There were more than one account of how the staff went above and beyond for the guests. One traveller remarked, "We had to leave early (5:30 am) on the last day, and Susan went out of her way to prepare us sandwiches for our onward journey and leave out coffee etc. for us to help ourselves before we left. Faultless service."

Several lodgers enjoyed their accommodations at the B&B. They described their rooms as spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet and well equipped. 

The backyard patio was enjoyed by guests for relaxing with a drink or book, and guests were appreciative of the free parking offered by the B&B.
The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were highly positive, there were some guests who offered some negative feedback in recent online reviews.

A few guests said they found their beds to be uncomfortable. Most of the complaints in this regard seemed to be focused on the sofa beds.

A couple of reviewers mentioned that the Bed & Breakfast did not provide bathroom toiletries such as bath soap and shampoo in their guest rooms.

There were mixed reviews regarding sound transfer at the Bed & Breakfast. Although most guests found their rooms to be quiet, there were a couple of guests who said that their rooms were not fully soundproof. One person said they heard footsteps from upstairs neighbours and plumbing sounds.
