The Bad
While many liked the location of the property, others were quick to point out that it was not close to the main attractions Niagara Falls is known for. Some reviewers mentioned that it was too far to walk and required either driving or relying on the shuttle (which had limited service hours). Room cleanliness was an issue for some reviewers on Expedia.com and Booking.com with complaints of bugs (numerous about ants) found in the bathroom. In addition, rooms were said to be dated with stained carpets and peeling wallpaper. Similarly the quality and reception of the TV was an issue for some Booking.com guest reviewers. The breakfast was said to be inadequate and low quality leaving some Expedia.com reviewers disappointed.
