Hotel facilities include meeting space, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a whirlpool, a sauna, guest laundry, and an exercise room. The hotel also features an arcade/games room, a gift shop and a rooftop terrace. Parking is an added $12 per night. The Golden Griddle Restaurant is on site.
Nearby attractions include the Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum (1.3kms), the Hardrock Cafe (1.5kms), and Casino Niagara (1.7kms). The falls that make the area famous are also near the hotel and viewpoints can be found within a short drive. Alternatively, shuttle service is also available at the hotel to various tourist points in Niagara Falls (not free).

In regard to the rooms, guests were somewhat mixed but they usually said that the rooms were clean. Guests also frequently paid compliments to the size of the room with multiple guests calling them "spacious."
