The Good
Guests responded positively to the hotel's location, breakfast, and rooms.

Most guests were pleased with the location of the Sterling Inn & Spa in relation to the Falls' tourist attractions, which were "within walking distance". Some reviewers also remarked that the hotel's side-street location was quiet at night, and off the main strip. However, there was some balance of opinion on the location, as not all guests felt positive about the surrounding area.

Several lodgers enjoyed the hotel's complimentary Breakfast in Bed, and were pleased that it arrived at the exact specified time they requested the night before. On the other hand, some reviewers however, found the breakfast to be not enough in quantity.

Many guests complimented the rooms in this hotel, describing them as spacious and with modern decor. The beds were deemed large and comfortable by some, and the large bathrooms with steam showers were remarked upon by some reviewers as well.

The Bad
Guests responded negatively to the price of food, the TV remote and surrounding location.

A few guests were disappointed by the price of food at the on-site restaurant; they found the food expensive and in small portions. However some guests mentioned the quality of the food being "sensational" and "outstanding".

Some reviewers had problems with the TV remotes in their rooms; they were unable to turn the TV on or off, or switch properly between the channels.

Contrary to some positive comments about the location, a few guests were disappointed with the area surrounding the Sterling Inn & Spa. They remarked that the hotel was in a rundown area, and described the surrounding area as "sketchy".
