The Good
The majority of the reviews sourced for this editorial were highly positive in nature with guests really enjoying their stays and value of this boutique hotel.

Guests were pleased with the location of the Sterling Inn & Spa in relation to the Falls' tourist attractions, which were within walking distance of Clifton Hill and the actual falls themselves. Some reviewers also remarked that the hotel's side-street location was quiet at night, and off the main strip. Although some reviewers did not find the hotel particularly impressive from the exterior, they soon changed their opinions upon entering.

Several lodgers enjoyed the hotel's complimentary Breakfast in Bed, and were pleased that it arrived at the exact specified time they requested the night before. They found it tasty with good coffee.

Many guests complimented the rooms in this hotel, describing them as spacious and with modern decor. The beds were deemed large and comfortable by some, and the large bathrooms with steam showers and jacuzzis were well enjoyed by guests.

The AG Restaurant was a highlight for many guests who thought the food was well presented and delicious.

The Bad
Although the majority of reviews were very positive, guests did offer some critique of the services and facilities.

A couple of guests were displeased that some rooms had curtains that didn't fully block out the morning light.

Breakfast although tasty and enjoyed did not change enough from day to day and year to year according to some guests and returning customers.

There were also some peripheral comments about the area surrounding the hotel and its exterior which appeared a little banged up and not a polished looking as guests would have liked.

There were other complaints such as noisy jets on the tubs, the floors needing to be cleaner and with some area rugs for coziness, some rooms needing better dusting and even maintenance and the sheets not being fitted move around too much sometimes leaving the mattress exposed.
