The 22 story smoke-free hotel features 669 guest rooms and suites and amenities include high speed Wi-Fi (included in the mandatory resort fee of $9.95 per day), a mini-fridge, iron with ironing board, coffeemaker with Starbucks coffee, cable TV with pay-per-view movies, hair dryer and desk. Over half of the rooms provide guests with a view of the falls. Jacuzzi rooms are also available.
Hotel facilities include a day spa, two restaurants and room service, a fitness centre, self parking ($20 plus tax per day), valet parking ($35 plus tax per day), two pools, and a shopping concourse. The fitness centre offers treadmills, stationary bicycles, elliptical machines, free weights and other equipment. The two pools at the hotel offer views of the falls and one of them is indoor and open all year and the other is a seasonal outdoor pool.
The hotel is also connected to an indoor walkway that allows guests direct access to Casino Niagara and the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark. The waterpark ranges in price from $22.95 to $44.95 for those 3 years of age and up and guests may purchase packages that include the waterpark and room.
The Sheraton on the Falls Hotel is located on the north side of Falls Avenue and just to the east of Clifton Hill in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Situated right in the heart of the tourist zone, the hotel is a short walk from Casino Niagara, viewpoints of the falls, and the Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum (all are within 300m of the hotel; Google Maps).
