"Our room smelled on arrival ~ I sprayed with room freshener that I had brought with me.
The outside pool was not filled ~ much to my son's dissatisfaction. He didn't even try the inside pool.
We had to have our magnetic key coded twice the first day of arrival.
We wore socks in our room ~ carpet was not the cleanest.
No fresh towels throughout our stay ~ we hung up our towels and utilized twice.
No hair dryer or iron/ironing board in room.
Had to ask for receipt from our stay and I did not get my AAA discount (even though I gave them my card upon arrival as requested)."

"The individuals that worked at the front desk were very helpful. The maid service was horrible. We stayed 4 nights and our room was not cleaned during our stay. We complained everyday and were told the next day it would be cleaned and it never happened. We had to change our garbage and go to the front desk everyday for more towels. I will never stay there again or recommend it to anyone else."
