"The first night's stay was on the same floor and next door to five room occupied by a hockey team. The parents partied and the children ran around until 1:00 AM and then started again at 7:00AM. I contacted the front desk, but there was nothing that the clerk, Marcie, could do or would do. On Sunday, the Manager said that he did not know why we were placed in the room next to the hockey players as that is not their policy.
The second night, we moved to a queen bed room and it was wonderful.
I asked for a free night or at least a 50% discount, but the Manager of the Hotel said that he couldn't do anything abour a refund or discount since I had booked through CanadaHotelGuide.com. I based it on the fact that we lost 50% of our sleep and had to put up with a racket and almost continuous running in the hallway."

"Um...we stayed in a suite for one night, everything is not too bad, but one thing let me very angry, the water supply in the living room has bad smell and is like has bleaching agent in the water. Oh my God!"

"I feel for the amount of money spent, this was indeed a rip off. There were BLOOD STAINS on the comforter, the shower faucet was spewing water out of the back (instead of the front) and the place was just "careworn" (i.e., torn furniture, dirty carpet). I won't recommend this hotel to anyone nor stay here ever again. I'd really like my money back.

"On the whole the hotel is attractive & well kept however the advertised refrigerator's are more like coolers and aren't for any real food to be kept cold in. Also, I thought the suites would have microwave ovens but they do not. The hotel borders the highway and a main road with constant traffic so it was noisy all night. We tried to use the 2 restaurants advertised for the hotel but the first waited till we had ordered our drinks to tell us that they were out of their main attraction so we left without eating there and the second (in the adjoining Ramada Coral Resort which is only open for breakfast and lunch) was full and the waitresses overworked and decidedly stressed so we did not eat there either. The $6 per person all day shuttle pass is worth it and the shuttle stops right in front of the hotel."
