"the lounge closed very early. the room we were in was supposed to be a fallsview room and it was more city than the falls. When we looked out our window everyone else in the hotel next to us could see us clearly in our room as we could them. the curtains were closed most of the time. We didn't know we had to pay 10.00 a day to park there. And there was no choice but valet. we weren't to happy with that. I think the parking should have been included."

The Ramada Plaza Hotel Fallsview is situated 500 feet above the Niagara Gorge, and offers spectacular view of the Falls and the entire Niagara Region from its 42 guestrooms. The hotel is situated atop Minolta Tower Center in the heart of the Fallsview Resort District. The hotel is less than a mile from the American Falls, Blossom Festival, Canadian Horseshoe Falls, Casino Niagara Track Slots, Clifton Hill, Falls Friday Fireworks, Journey Behind the Falls, Maid of the Mist, and Marineland.
The hotel's award-winning restaurant has a variety of gourmet selections to suit every taste. Recreational facilities, available at the property's sister hotel, include a heated indoor swimming pool with spacious deck area, lounges, tropical plants, kids' pool, whirlpool, and fitness room.
Non-smoking rooms and rooms equipped for the physically challenged are available upon request. All rooms have a coffeemaker, hairdryer, iron with board, mini-refrigerator, television, and Internet access.
