"The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, especially Alicia. The indoor pool was out of service our first two days and when it was open on our last day, the heated pool was cold. Alicia called over to another hotel owned by the same company and we were able to use that hotel's pool(which was a lot better). However, although it was a nice pool, it was also an inconvience to drive over there. The gym was VERY small, about 2 bikes and 2 treadmills, no free weights. The bathtub was small, even for me and I'm not that big of a person. The IHOP restaurant at the hotel was expensive($3.69 for a cup of coffe..free refills). There's a breakfast buffet(AlMac's) down the block, $6.99 all you can eat(great food). If you're an American, you may be offended by the old, tattered flag that's barely hanging on the pole at the hotel. We're NOT going back."

"Our stay was ok but they needed a nightlite or something in the bathroom so that you could see to get to it in the night. If you put the light on you had to listen to a loud fan. So we had to unplug a lamp and put that in the bathroom in order to see our way in the night. Also my husband could have made the bed up better than the cleaning staff. Then we looked in the bathroom and they just threw the towels on the sink not on selves provided. The room just looked sloppy for it just so called being cleaned. I wasn't asked if I enjoyed my stay upon leaving and since I won't be back anytime soon I didn't say anything. It was an ok stay but I didn't feel they really cared about our satisfaction."
