"My room was not the cleanest. The pool (outdoor) needs to be upgraded. It was also dirty. The indoor pool was also dirty. You could see a ring around the inside walls. I would not stay here again."

"I had some very noisy people in the room next to me. I voiced my opinion to the Manager, who was not very forthcoming with wanting to move me. He did move me in the end, but this hould have been takeb care of immediately."

"The front desk clerk on saturday night was very rude and not very helpful, I had asked about the shuttle service and he rudely aply by not giving any hope for the shuttle which appeared 5 minutes later. Outside of that everything was great."

"the drain in room # 231 was clog, on our first day I did informed the admistration. It was around 10 o'clock at night ( we booked in around 8h30 that night ) and the clerk told me, the situation would be fixed tomorow.
When we came back from our visits the day after, the work had not been done and I had to phone the office again. We went swiming and came back to the room, to noticed that a plumer came but the situation was worst, because all kind of debries came out of the drain once pouring water into it. No message had been left to us about this matter.
I phone the office; to be told that the work could not be complete by the plumer today, but everything will be done by tomorow.
When the clerk felted my deception, than she offered us room # 244.
I find this situation bit anoying, because of these follows up I had to do.I though one advise would have been sufficient!
One morning we went at the front desk to obtain a towel for the swiming pool, like it has been said to us at our arrival, you ¨will get towels for the swiming pool at our front desk¨. Since there were none left; the clerk said that she will bring us a towel at the swiming pool in few minutes but she never show up! Than we had to walk to our rom all wet!"
